Spa Water Care
After you purchased your spa did you feel like you needed to take chemistry 101? Test this, test that, add this and that, but don’t add this with that. At the end of the day some people begin to wonder if they made the right decision when they bought their new spa. We know how you feel, so we have spent almost 20 years finding a better way. This has led us to a unique blend of enzymes we call Waters Choice.
Regular maintenance and testing is still required, but you will find it much easier to keep your spa water fresh once you make the switch to Waters Choice.
How do you start?
With existing water less than 60 days old-
Let the chemical level in your spa drop below one part per million and either add one full bottle of our 12oz Water Polish OR add one capful of our 2oz. Waters Choice Spa Treatment.
Filling with Fresh Water:
If you are filling your spa with fresh water-
Adjust your PH level between 7.2 and 7.6
Add one bottle of Waters Choice Water Polish.
After one month either continue to add one full bottle of Water Polish monthly or switch to our 2oz. Waters Choice Spa Treatment and add 1 capful every other week. Maintain your spa water at a PH level between 7.2 and 7.6.
Clean your filter(s) twice a month. If your filter(s) do not come back to the original white color after rinsing, soak in water and bleach solution for one hour and then rinse. If your filter still will not come clean, you may not be using enough pressure or it may be time for a new filter.
It is a good idea to get a spare filter – you can replace the filter with the spare, then clean the current filter and give it time to dry before using it again. Clean and alternate between the 2 filters every 2 weeks or so, to keep water clean and water flow optimal.
We recommend you change your water at least once a year, or as needed.
The following instructions are for residents of the United States. Some countries have different rules and regulations. For example, Canadian customers must use this product with an approved sanitizer and at the levels required by Health Canada. Make sure you check with your local pool or spa care professionals for the rules in your area.
