If you have worked with our team and we cannot get your water where you want it to be, you may return the unused portion of the product for a refund of the purchase price (shipping fees excluded).

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your product to begin troubleshooting your water issue.
  • You must actively work with our team to diagnose and address the issue using the guidance we provide.
  • Refund eligibility applies while you are actively engaged in the troubleshooting process with our team.

Refund eligibility ends if:

  • The troubleshooting process is completed and a solution is achieved, or
  • There is no response or follow-up from the customer for 30 days, or
  • The product is fully used.
