As a side note, never try to clean or rinse disposable filters. It's normal for it to discolor from the outside in.  When you cannot see any white on the inside of the filter, it's time to replace it.  So easy!

Things NOT to Use ...

Please don't use defoamers, clarifiers, surface cleaners, stain and scale mineral removers, or de-scummer chemicals.  These chemicals are not necessary with Micron filters and will plug the filter reducing it's life.
